Service Line Operations Manager

Katsam Property Services is seeking a strong, people-focused Service Line Operations Manager to lead our MetroLink cleaning operations across Missouri and Illinois. This role oversees a large 24/7/365 team and serves as the primary point of contact for our customer—ensuring stations stay clean, safe, and welcoming for thousands of riders each day.
What You’ll Do
Lead and support cleaning teams across multiple locations and shifts
Build weekly/monthly schedules and manage staffing needs
Respond to customer requests and resolve issues quickly and professionally
Conduct field inspections and uphold quality standards
Enforce the service contract and track all out-of-scope work
Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet performance expectations
What Success Looks Like
All scheduled cleaning completed on time
Emergency requests responded to within 1 hour
Extra services documented and billed accurately
Team overtime kept below 8%
Fewer than 15 valid customer complaints per month
All new hires fully trained within 30 days
What You Bring
3+ years of operations or team leadership experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to hold teams—and customers—accountable to standards
Excellent organization and scheduling ability

Requirements
Valid Class E driver’s license (ability to obtain before start)
