Position Overview
As a Laborer, you will assist with a variety of outdoor and physical tasks related to soil erosion control, power washing, and other services we provide. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality work.
Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
• Assist with soil erosion control installation and maintenance
• Operate power washing equipment safely and effectively
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized job site

• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Starting pay at $18.00 per hour
• Full-time, steady work, typically starting at 6am
